In 1999 MJM Training was created to fill a perceived gap in the market for a high quality training solutions provider focusing on the haulage, construction and quarrying sectors. It has been onwards and upwards for the company ever since.
The company began as a family-based concern with Mickey's son Marc taking responsibility for the LGV market. Mickey's wife Noilin managed day-to-day issues, while Marc's wife Dolores managed administration. The course co-ordination was the responsibility of Mark Loughran. With Mickey's daughter Laura recently joining the company, it has a full family input.

MJM Training sets its stall out to deliver high levels of professional training across its wide range of courses. The company positively exudes professionalism in every aspect of the business. Over the years the company has grown into a professional and highly respected firm within the industry.
Since 1999 the business has grown out of all recognition to the point where the company recently purchased a local school and turned it into a state of-the-art training centre.
Mickey enthused. "We have four lorries, a coach and fleet of heavy plant for training purposes. We also bought the school and transformed it into a training centre, which is equipped with all the latest technology."
